Great central location, a really clean lovely flat, and Giacomo and Emanuela were incredibly helpful and responsive hosts. Perfect location with immediate access to the bustling shopping street of Ponza. Excellent location for tickets to the Frontone beach and also for possible boat trips. Mrs Thank you very kindly. Really nice apartment in a quiet location. There are some cafes and restaurants nearby. We didn’t use public transportation, rather walked to downtown. Easy checkin and communication overall.

Our stay was amazing! The house is a wonder: nice view on the marina, central to restaurants and rental services. Emanuela is a great host - very willing to make us feel like home. Sure to book it again next time I'll be in Ponza! Fell in love with both the island and the house.

Villa Marisa is in the center of the town, facing the port and a flight of stairs from the sea, right where the ferries stop. No need of taxis or buses, then, since most of what you need is at walking distance. Still, it is a very quiet place to stay and to sleep. Behind it are the small streets with all the shops. It is a nicely furnished bilo on two floors, each having a complete bathroom and with a functional kitchen, including an oven and a dishwasher. Emanuela, the host, is nice and responsive. I recommend Villa Marisa as a perfect accommodation to visit Ponza.

Conveniently located in the port of Ponza, Emanuela's apartment was the perfect place to spend our vacation. We were a few steps away from the ferry, the boat rental companies, restaurants, markets and the pedonale. The space is simple, yet cozy; it was comfortable for the three of us for our two night stay.
